Our online store offers you an alternative shopping experience with a simple purchase system, payment and delivery process as well as friendly customer service support via WhatsApp.

All product information, descriptions and prices on the website are accurate and up to date.

All products shown are in-stock and available for purchase, giving you the best experience, we could offer.

Orders

Our online store allows a you to place electronic orders for one or more products on offer as long as such products are available and not sold out.

A purchasing contract between the user and LITCHI Fashion shall be complete only once a user has placed an order and the payment has been processed fully, meaning LITCHI Fashion has received and accepted the payment.

Payments

LITCHI Fashion Online offer the following payment options:

PAYFAST: SA’s leading secure online payment gateway offering multiple payment methods.

  • Debit Cards
  • Instant EFT
  • Zapper

If you prefer not to use the online payment system, kindly contact us on info@litchifashion.co.za or WhatsApp 0829683656, we will send and invoice with banking details for EFT payment.

We request Proof of Payment (receipt from bank) to be sent to us.

Once payment reflects in our account, order will be dispatched.

Please note – if your EFT payment has not been received within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled.

Orders will only be sent to you when we have received cleared payment by Pay fast or EFT.

If you wish to pay cash into LITCHI Fashion bank account, the bank charges will be for your account. You will be required to make a further payment to cover the cost of a cash deposit fee.

For payments made from outside of South Africa, please ensure that all bank charges are covered from your side. LITCHI Fashion is not liable for bank charges incurred for international bank transfers.

If payment fails due to the account not existing, insufficient funds, the credit card number or other information being incorrect etc. the purchase will not be successful. The above is dependent on the product being available.

Items cannot be reserved by a user to be bought at a later time. Placing an item in the shopping cart without processing the payment for the order will not lead to a successful order being placed nor the reservation of an item.

Availability

All items shown in the online store are in-stock and available for purchase.

Kindly note that we at LITCHI Fashion strive to offer our clients new and exciting options throughout the fashion season. Therefor stocking small ranges of selected items and releasing new ongoing ranges and products.

If we cannot full fill an order because stock is sold out or unavailable for whatever reason, we will contact you and you will be entitled to a reimbursement | credit note for the Rand value you paid for such product. New stock is subject to a change in price without notice.

You are welcome to follow up with us regarding any item shown on social media platforms or showing as out of stock in the online store as we can always check availability of the item on our retail stores.

Termination of Orders

LITCHI Fashion reserves the right to cancel or refuse to fulfil any order it suspects of being fraudulent. This includes but is not limited to instances of suspected stolen banking details/cards. On occasion, LITCHI Fashion may request a copy of your official identification document or the front of your credit card to verify the transaction with the relevant bank. LITCHI Fashion may also refuse to refund you on the basis of the transaction being suspected as fraudulent – you may then initiate a chargeback process from your bank if you wish to receive a refund.

Delivery within South Africa

We make use of Fastway Couriers as our delivery partner.

Standard delivery time range between 2-3 working days, depending if the delivery address falls in side main|central delivery area or outlaying delivery area. Allow up to 7 days for outlaying areas.

Parcels will be delivered to a valid address in South Africa, on business days only between 08h00 and 17h00.

Persons accepting the delivery may be requested to produce identification for security purposes.

International shipping options

International shipping can be arranged on your behalf at an additional charge, through our shipping partners, or you can arrange this at your own expense through your preferred shipping partner. LITCHI Fashion reserve the right to revise and review terms and conditions at our discretion as the online store evolve. The responsibility falls on the client to carry knowledge of the general T’s and C’s as well as periodically checking for changes.   If you do not feel comfortable with the general terms and conditions, we do not recommend the use of our service. As to inform you the client and standard safe practice it will be required that you accept the T’s & C’s at the first time you purchase from the LITCHI Fashion online store.
