In order to avoid possible returns | exchanges and items not being available in stock and relative sizes to accommodate the exchange we encourage clients to connect with us prior to placing their 1st order. No refunds on sale goods or items bought on a discount offer.

Goods submitted for return/exchange will only be accepted if:

  • Returned within 10 days from date of purchase.
  • Return items need to be in its original condition, tags and packaging in place.
  • The invoice and credit card receipt where applicable to be presented.
  • Defects on goods, unless clearly visible, will be subject to investigation prior to the provision of a remedy.
  • No option of a refund/exchange if goods have been misused or damage amounts to ordinary wear and tear.
  • Return | product has to be unwashed and not ironed as we cannot take responsibility for wash and care of items.
